Hi, I want to switch from Denali to Rithmic data feed since I want to use Jigsaw. I asked AMP about this, and they told me this was done by Sierra now. Thanks. |

We are not supporting the current Rithmic integration. We are waiting for them to release their new interface, at which time we will support them again. Therefore, you really need to wait for this new interface before you can use Rithmic with Sierra Chart.

I'm aware of that, was planning to use the old bridge. If you don't want to do that... what's my other option? Cancel everything I have with Sierra and ask AMP again? |

That's it from our end. If you have not already done it, then you need to select Rithmic as your Trading Service in File >> Data/Trade Service Settings and then enter your Username and Password. You would also need to install the Bridge files we referenced previously. Otherwise, everything else is up to your broker to get you setup with Rithmic.
