Hey there, I have seen this subject already covered in a previous post but I'm still having trouble. I'm switching to live trading and getting a Contract ID Mapping error. I added symbol to intraday file update list and also created a historical chart. I'm not using the CQG data feed, I have the Denali data feed and my broker is Infinity Futures / Transact. What else should I try? Thanks! |

What exactly is the error you are getting. Please post it into this thread. You should be able to get the full message from your Trade Service Log. This is not familiar to us. You would need to start with TransAct and ask them what is missing, as the error is generated by them.
