Had to reset computer this morning and now sierra charts will not all access

We do not know what this means. Can you tell us precisely what the problem is you are having. On your system Sierra Chart is located in this folder: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\ Go to that folder and run SierraChart_64. Let us know if you have any trouble logging in.
