custom study setting dissapear

pls check the attached if I open the cht file, the settings are missing but if I remove it and reload it then the settings are there any idea why this is happening? |

The only thing we see is that you have a Short Name defined for the study in one case but not the other. In the end, you would need to ask the developer of the study about this. They would be the only one that can answer your question and/or resolve it. We understand that, but it is something different that could have caused the inputs to disappear. Anyway, you need to contact the developer for them to resolve this for you.
