Hello, I have a question about downloading intraday chart data. An error happened to me several times. I opened my platform Sierra chart and it downloaded data. Sometimes it goes without problems, but sometimes it downloaded one extremely big candlestick. Its range was for example 14000000000 in Nasdaq 100. Obviously nonsense. I had no problems with data download in Czech Republic. Now I live in Germany and here it began. Is it possible to fix it or is it because of strictly guarded internet here in Germany? I had also problems here with downloading current version of Sierra and other software updates. I had to delete .scid file and download data again. I did it three times, than it worked again. Do you have any expierences with this problem? And now for example I can not download data 7.3.2014 18:09 to 10.3.2014 20:00... Thank you. |
