Hello, i have CQG credentials received now. What SC Package do i need that it works with SC? |

First, you need to get your account active again. Make sure you add enough funds to your account to cover the cost of the Package and exchange fees. By having the CQG connection, you will qualify for the CME Group non-professional exchange fees. You can add funds to your account here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Once you have the funds, you can renew your previously selected options by going to this page and scrolling to the bottom and selecting the buttons to reactivate the appropriate items: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices Then you will need to go through these Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions Once that is complete, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service in order to update symbols to CQG symbols. You were previously on Package 10, which is the Standard Package + the Denali Exchange Data Feed Fee. We expect that you are wanting to continue to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, therefore, just select Package 10 to get started again. Then continue through the items as we listed them above.

I booked AMP + CQG and assume that I have data through CQG. So if I want my Data from CQG would package 7 sierra chart standard enough.? |

If you are going to get your data from CQG, then you would want Package 3. We do not have a Package 7.
