Problem with Switching Data feed from CQG to Denali

Hello, I am currently with AMP Trading and have the CQG data feed. I want to switch from CQG to the Denali data. I signed-up for the Sierra package and data feed and paid for the 6 month option. However, AMP Trading is still charging me for the CQG data. How do I correct this?

First, you have not completed the setup for the Denali Exchange Data feed. Be sure you go through all of the steps as outlined starting here: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Once you have that all complete, then you will be getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed as described at the end of the instructions. Then, you just need to let AMP know to stop the CQG data feed for you.
