Issue with Feed not flowing

I have an issue with Data not flowing. It may have been due to insufficient funds in my Sierra Account, but I have added funds and renewed it today so we should be all square. What do I need to do have the data start flowing again? I have a CQG feed with AMP and called them to see if there were any issues and the CQG setup is working on their side. Thanks. Joel |

First, you need to change your Service Package to Package 11. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices Then you need to activate the specific exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed After that, you should be all set. So, I am using AMP and using their CQG feed so I am not using Denali. I spoke to AMP Future, and this is no longer supported. Do I need to enable the Denali feed? I will do as you ask, but want to make sure I am creating the data feed correctly.

We see that you have the Denali Exchange Data Feed all setup now. Everything looks good. Let us know if you are not getting the data.
