We are assuming that you want the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ stocks, such as AMZN (Amazon.com) or TSLA (Tesla). To get the live data for these, you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and then activate the U.S. Equities exchange. You will find the instructions for how to do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions In terms of the package, it depends on what you need for your trading style. If you need TPO charts or Numbers Bars, then you would need Package 5, otherwise, you would need Package 3. You will find the specifics of each package at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Packages Note that if you are not getting futures data, then you do not need Package 10, 11, or 12. Therefore, you will want to change your currently selected package to either 3 or 5 (whenever you decide which you need). You can then change your package selection at this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#AvailableServices For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
