data feed not connectting

i made my payments and selected my feed and it till says on my charts it can not connect to feeds as i have not chose one yet , under my account it say i am paid up and active, how do i get it to connect properly

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
