No Market Depth for CME (ES) on Denali Feed

Hello, I have attempted to find every setting in relation to market depth on my DOM. It stopped working over the weekend! I only have one level available, yet I have the correct Service Package, and everything else is working fine. Can you shed any more light on what the issue may be. or what other settings I need to check? Thanks.

You only have the following exchange active: Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts. This does not have any Market Depth data.

Last month you also had the following exchange active: CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts, which is where you were getting your Market Depth data from.

The CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts did not renew due to insufficient funds in your account. Make sure you have enough funds in your account and then you can renew that exchange by selecting the following link, scrolling to the bottom of the page and then selecting the button for Reactivate Exchange.

Hi John. Thanks. I missed these charges in the process of changeover from AMP Futures. I have paid and reactivated for market depth. Thanks again. Patrick
