Hi dear Sierra Chart team, never experienced a problem like this, my charts displaying stocks are not updating. My SPY chart has real-time data and shows the bid/ask sizes but all other stocks dont have real-time data (chart only updates after disconnecting and re-connecting the data feed) and dont show bid/ask data, even after disconnecting. Set the stock charts to NOT be continuous futures chart. Refer to the following: Continuous Futures Contract Charts: None Let us know if you continue to have issues after you do the above. Changed the setting but problem still persists. Did one change on the weekend which must be the reason for my problem. For most stocks I put in a custom value in: (Symbol Settings > Tick Size), so that when I load the charts, the tick size adapts to the ticker. On the stocks where I didnt put in a custom tick size the charts load the way they should. But if I undo the changes nothing happens. |

Thanks so much for your help with this issue. Followed your instructions, now the last bar displayed on the chart shows again data as usual (http://prntscr.com/12gjdxk). Unfortunately if I want to go back in time there is no data, but thats ok. Chart should update with the new trading data as before.
