Hi there, After I switched my CME subscribed data feed from with market depth to without market depth, my data became delayed. Please check it for me. |

That is not the reason. Do you have a funded futures trading account? The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. It could be, but have you actually tried to connect your Sierra Chart to that account in order to update your non-professional status? If you have not gone through the process, then we can not say for sure that the balance has an impact or not.
