Hello I am not sure if my EUREX data is activated after 01.05.21. I have already paid the data, but no values are displayed in QuoteBoard. I have also activated the CME data and data is displayed there on the weekend (frozen). |

You are setup to receive the Real-Time data for EUREX through the remainder of May. You should not have any issues. If you do, let us know exactly what is happening with the EUREX data. -------------- Separately, we noticed that you have the following CME Group exchanges active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts - CME non-professional top-of-book You do not need all of these options, as they are duplicates of each other. In particular, if you have the first one (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts), then you do not need the other two, as the information from the first is more than what the other two offer. If you need Market Depth data and you want it for the entire CME Group, then first option above the one to keep and you should disable the other two. If, on the other hand, you do not need market Depth, but you want data from the entire CME Group, then you would keep the second one and disable the other two. And finally, if you just want data from the CME exchange (just the exchange, not the group), then you would keep the third and disable the other two. We can not refund you the exchange fees. Once you select the exchange, the fees are paid to the exchange and they do NOT offer refunds.
