Can't log into Sierra on my laptop

I have been using Sierra and Infinity futures for years on my PC and Laptop. I have now resubscribed to Sierra on my PC which is my main device - so far so good. However when I tried to open Sierra on my laptop it will not open but tells me my Username/password are invalid. I have been using the same username/password on both PC and Laptop without problems up till now. My question is - with the new Sierra a/c that I have signed up for - am I allowed to use the Charting service on my laptop as well? AS before. Do I have to have a different Username/Password? Am I expected to pay more to Sierra to use the service on an additional device? |
