What's wrong wrong with my Data feed

What is going on with my account? My data is not updating, is something going on with my account? I continue getting error message that the symbols are incorrect however I do not see anything wrong with it and I am pulling it directly from the find symbol menu. I took a screenshot can someone please explain to me how to fix this problem?!?

Are you supposed to be getting your data from CQG or from our Denali Exchange Data Feed?

You have not been setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed since March 31, 2021.
