I use Amp global as broker and Denali data feed. Realtime data stopped yesterday, only delayed data. I used this link to try to resolve issue, but I am still missing something. Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees FROM LINK ABOVE 3) Set the Service setting to your Trading service. Refer to the Supported Data and Trading Services section for links to complete instructions for connecting to each of the supported Trading services. Make sure you are connecting Sierra Chart to your live Trading account. The service is currently set to: SC Data - All Services What should I select for my trading service in this step 3 above? You should be setup with AMP to use CQG for your order routing. Therefore, in Step #3 of the section you were using (which was the correct one), you would need to go through the following Setup Instructions to connect to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions If you do not know anything about being setup on CQG, then you need to talk to AMP about this. Once you have completed the above, then go back to the original instructions you were using and continue through the rest of them.
