Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have been looking on your documentation and can not find an answer. I have an issue on simulation that the open profit or loss tick size does not match with real tick size, of course this does not happen on live. For example on the picture I have an open profit of 84 ticks but I know with the chart calculator they are only 30 ticks aprox. This does not happens when I trade live. You have a quantity of 3. 3 x 27 = 81. Therefore, at the time of the image, the price difference must have been 27 ticks. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing

Set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Profit/Loss Format to Ticks - Ignore Quantity.
