not sure what i need to pay for

I need to pay for the membership, which I have package 11 for 6 months, then Denali, AND cme market depth to get what I want? all I want is to trade CME futures with market depth. so is that 200 for the 6 months, 30 a month for Denali, and another 10 a month for cme market depth? which one do I not have a the moment, because the account control panel is seriously confusing me

On May 11, 2021 your account will automatically renew for Package 11 for 6 months. You have enough funds in your account to pay for that renewal at that time. The per month cost for this is $34.40.

The only other cost is the cost of the exchange fee. We see that you do not currently have any exchanges set to automatically renew on May 1, 2021. You are currently getting data for the CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts and you will get that through April 30, 2021, but it is not set to renew. The cost for exchange is $10.40. You would set this to renew on this page:

But, we need to point out that your non-professional certification has expired, so you need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to certify that you have the account in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees from the CME Group. i currently only want to trade simulation because i am testing a new stratagy. can i not trade sim with real-time data?

also, if my data doesnt expire for 2 days, why it my data currently delayed? im 15 minutes behind my other brokers

Your data is delayed because you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account in over a month, therefore your verification as a non-professional has expired. You need to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account to resolve this matter.

If you tell us who your broker is and what trading service you use, we can point you to the proper instructions to connect to your account.
