hey' my broker is AMP until 1 month ago traded and pay them/ but now over 1 month i cant trade. i dont understand to how i need to pay? and how can i connect and recive data ? |

We made a change beginning in April that payments for Sierra Chart need to be made directly to us, rather than through brokers. Therefore, you need to pay for your Sierra Chart Usage Time to us. In your case, we see that you had the Denali Exchange Data Feed active, but the exchange deactivated on March 31, 2021 since you did not have enough funds in your account at that time. Therefore, your total monthly fees would be the following: - Sierra Chart Package 11: $46.00 USD per month - Full CME Group with Market Depth: $31.20 USD per month Total: $77.20 USD per month In order to make a payment, go into your Sierra Chart software and then select "Help >> Add Usage Credit". This will open a browser to our Payments page and automatically log you in with the same Account Name that you use to login to your Sierra Chart software. Then follow the instructions on that page to make a payment. ----------------- Since your exchange did not renew, you will need to manually renew it. We recommend waiting until May 1, 2021, as if you renew it today (April 27), then you will pay the full amount ($31.20) for only the next 3 days and then pay $31.20 again on May 1 for the month of May. Therefore, we recommend you do the following: - Add enough funds to your account to cover the cost of all your upcoming fees (in this case, it is the full $77.20). - You do not need to do anything else immediately. - Then on May 1, 2021 go to the following page and login to the Sierra Chart website using your Account Name and Password that you use to login to your software: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed - Select the button for "Activate" in the row for the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts". You will then have the live data. Your Usage Time will then renew on May 3, 2021 for another 31 days.
