You enter whatever the symbols are for the Service you are using at that moment. For example, if your Service is set to "SC Data - All Services", then you would enter "{ETHM21-CME} / {BTCM21-CME}".

There is no way to create a perpetual symbol in the Custom Calculated Symbols. You would need to update the symbols for each new contract.
