I have an AMP account and recently you allowed me sierra and dinali to view the charts Now i am getting delayed quote again. I use to use Sierra to trade and now that that is gone. Now it says i need to set the CME data feed to a live trading account my live trading account is with AMP so how do i move forward Thanks |

AMP stopped support for the Sierra Chart Order Routing service about 2 months ago and they moved the accounts to use CQG for the order routing. They should have informed you of this and given you a set of CQG credentials. If you do not have the CQG information, then talk to AMP about this. Once you do have the CQG information, then follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to use CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you have finished the above, then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change your symbols to CQG symbols. ------------ If you would rather use the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then you would need to change brokers.
