- Upgraded to latest version of SC - Added Biance for Crypto feed, by chaining the service per SC website instructions, then support confirming to change the services back to the services I originally had. - When placing orders in the ES mini futures my account would automatic changed to SIM without me knowing - After a few days of trading in SIM (thinking I was live trading), i noticed I was in SIM - Did a test to make sure it would stay live trading, and it worked. Made sure I was closed out of all orders. - Did not trade for one full day (yesterday 4/22) - Opened SC today, made sure it was in Live mode. P/L was 0.00, DPL was 0.00. - Entered a live trade long made a couple of points (won), closed the trade, now the DPL reports 15.50P - Entered a live trade short made a couple of points (won), closed the trade, now the DPL reports 12.25P Turned on "Show Fills" and the reports make it look like I had open trades for 2 days, but I haven't. Many thanks! |

Why would my NPL or DPL reduce if I had winning trades? Why would the DPL or NPL have 0 than 15 when my wining trades would've only been 2p for the day? The is dropped from 15 to 12. Also my fills are showing across multiple days, even though I didn't trade. I checked the box ti "load order fills for current day only", but that has never been enabled before and my trades never showed across multiple days. Not sure what the fix you provided did, except changed the label from DPL to NPL, but the data stayed the same. |

The page we linked above, explains all of these details. It goes through the entire process of you looking at the Trades in the Trade Activity Log which match the chart, and then you can see how it works. We do not know exactly what you mean by this: Also my fills are showing across multiple days, even though I didn't trade
It certainly does not make sense to have fills showing at a particular Date-Times where there were no trades. Go through all the steps, here: Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value: Help With Daily Profit/Loss Value The documentation is very thorough.
