Hello I recently clicked one too many times on the Sierra Denali Data feed and have gotten charged more than once. How do I go about getting a refund on these mistakes?

We see that you paid for 2 months of usage time, and then changed your Package from 10 to 11. All your payments are taken into account for your usage time.
