NISS-NYSE and TICK - NYSE not updating

When I open my charts up after about 5 or 10 minutes NISS-NYSE and TICK-NYSE stop updating. Just a horizontal dotted line. So I restart Sierra charts and it works for a few minutes then flatlines again. Why is it suddenly doing this?
