issues with instance 2

I had to replace my computer and backed up my 2nd instance used for replies 1. after installing SC, and starting the 2nd instance, I copied from the back up the files from prior results pls check the attached screenshot, the files are in the current library and SC can not get its data 2. in the instance 1 msg log there is an error msg: Error opening C:\SierraChart\SierraChartInstance_2\ACS_Source\ACSILCustomChartBars.h. 1. You need to change the From date on the Trade Activity Log, back to 2020. The trade activity is dated in the year 2020. 2. It only copies the Main Instance files when the sub-instance is first created. Otherwise, it is just updating some of the program files to make sure the sub-instance is at the same version as the main instance.We are not sure whether you are still having an issue or not. Let us know if you are still having an issue here given the above information. btw, i am not getting email notification for new answers on the support forum
