Spread data issue with Sierra and CQG

Hi there,
I’ve been using Sierra with CQG data, trading via AMP.

Until recently, spread history data was working fine. Now I can only get the currency price and not see a chart history. DOM data seems to work fine.

Examples are attached.

Could you find out what happened and how we can fix it please?

Go to that particular chart.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Thanks for the response. I have sent the log via the send for analysis link and referenced this post.

I'm guessing you are looking for this"

Note, the issue seems to be for all spreads - that is, DOM feed seems OK, but no charts. It happened around the time of your exit from AMP futures.

We cannot reproduce this issue. The historical daily data downloads for CQG spreads is working properly.

We want you to update to the latest prerelease because there were some related changes recently made. Instructions:

OK, with your help I have it working. I followed the download instructions, all good. Then for each of the affected (existing) charts, I had to right click, select 'delete and download data' and all worked fine.

Loading up a new chart/symbol works fine.
