I contacted FXCM today requesting my FIX credentials required for sierrachart connection and they told me they no longer do business with SierraChart? Is this true?

Also, this is not the first time we have heard customers report this to us about FXCM. Every time it happens, it is always a misunderstanding. Although we are not really sure why it happens.

I just forwarded the email from FXCM to support@sierrachart.com

Thats really weird, hopefully is is a mix up and I can get everything linked up asap.
