I switched from Denali realtime from CQG and today there was a no data from 11:10 to 11:58 CST. I checked time and sales and there is a block missing even after a restart. Will they ever repopulate? Is there a problem with my account? Did I configure my services correctly? Am I using Denali real time?

Everything looks good in terms of your account and the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup. Go through the instructions in this section to ensure you have everything set correctly: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services After you finish the above, you should have the [M] after your symbol in the Chart Header.
