AMP declined Opening Account request, other possibilities?

I have tried to open an account in AMP but my has been declined because they said "Syria is currently on AMP's restricted country list. At this time, AMP cannot accommodate an account for you". (although I have permanent residence in germany, Amp declined my request). Is there any clearing firm like AMP (which supports sierrachart) in Europe?
