Hi there, I am running 3 instances of SC version 2247. On the first two, I am using SC/TT Futures Order Routing [trading], being one of them on Live mode and the other one on Sim Mode. In the third instance, I use SC Data - All Services. However, since Friday, I have been experiencing some issues with the first two. Every now and again, the Live one gets disconnected, and when I go to File >> Disconnect and then Connect to Data Feed, the Sim instance gets disconnected(I see that in the green bar at the upper left corner, the DF value goes down to around ~40). With that, the first one works fine. Could you check what is happening? As additional info, I am using Edge Clear as a broker, and, so far, haven't had any issues with them either. Best Regards, |

Are all 3 of these instances separate installations of Sierra Chart? Are all 3 of these instances on the same computer? If these are all on the same computer, then you can only get data to two of the instances at one time. It does not matter if they are in Simulation mode or not, or what the Service is set to. Refer to the following information: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
