Hello Support, I currently have the Denali Feed for futures with EC as my Broker), and SC data for stock charting only. I would like to add Crypto for charting. Under "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings.", currently my list is "SC Futures Order Routing/Data (trading). SC instructions for adding crypto are: 1. Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. 2. Set the Service to SC Data - All Services. You will have access to market data from the following cryptocurrency exchanges: Binance, Bitfinex, BitMEX, Deribit. If I do this, will it disrupt my live Futures trading? Thanks! |

I went ahead and updated the settings to test it. Every time I place an order on the MES, it switches to SIM. I switched the data feed back, disconnected and reconnected. Now I get a "No Available Exchange Connection message. Please help. |

You do need to set the Current Selected Service in Sierra Chart to "SC Futures Order Routing/Data". You will have access to the cryptocurrency data services when using that service and we have added than the ones that were not already listed. You will see them listed in File >> Find Symbol.
