Hi, I'm a long term customer. And recently I would like to make some tutorial videos for the Cantonese audience. I have just created this account as a test to put down some notes on how account opening phase is like. I might have triggered something? to prevent people from using the free trail again and again? Is there Account just for testing purposes? I reckon I can finish this tutorial of opening account within a month. Than I can just capture videos on my main account. ( After I have gone thro the setup of a Fresh Sierra Account.) Thx, hope that clarifies a bit. |

We have reset your trial for this account. The issue you had is that you logged in to the Sierra Chart software with another active account, which then triggered our Trial Analysis to restrict this account.
