I have added Number Bars in a chart and its shows double the volume of Bid and Ask.
I am comparing the data with other members in the group.
I also compare the data with CQG with NinjaTrader.

I did Delete and download data and restarted the SC. Nothing works.

Please see the attached images.

Check the following setting and ensure that it is set to 1.0:

The dropdown is selected to 1.
There is no option for 1.0

1 is correct.

Please copy that chart to a new Chartbook and attach that chartbook to this thread by following these instructions:

Today, it looks like the data is showing correctly.
I have attached the chart, look at yesterdays data at 13:33 Central Chicago Time
That shows the double value 66x394 which I pointed out in the #2 image in the original post.
I believe it is a data feed issue from the Transact. If so, how can I get direct data from SC?

To use the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get data from Sierra Chart, follow the instructions on this page:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

The other thing is make sure you are not running two instances of Sierra Chart that are using the same Data Files Folder:
General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths)

What did you see at 13:33 CST on 4/15/21. Do you see what I see?
I want to make sure it is data issue.

For Denali, is that something I can use with existing Transact account, or do I need to cancel that and open a new account with you directly.
Anyway, I am paying you directly.

We are not able to make this determination because we are not using the data feed you are. All our testing would be on the Denali data feed only.

Let me rephrase my question are you seeing 33x694 bid x ask on using my 1 minute chart at price 4162.50 on 4/15/21 using Denali data?
I am still seeing double data for yesterday, but todays data looks good.
Thanks for the help.

We see 33x197.

This is definitely something odd about the data you got for that day. You should use the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

After switching to Denali does any of the data coming from Transact?
And I dont have to pay for exchange fees again since I already pay exchange to Transact?

If you sign up to get the same data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed as you were from TransAct, then you will only get the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

If, for instance, you sign up to get the CME Group data from the Denali feed, but are also getting EUREX data from TransAct and did not sign up for the EUREX data from the Denali feed, then you would get the CME Group from Denali and EUREX from TransAct.

And I dont have to pay for exchange fees again since I already pay exchange to Transact?

You will need to pay for your exchange fees for the Denali Exchange Data Feed to us. You can then let TransAct know that you no longer want the data from them and not pay them.
