EUREX and CBOT don´t work together

Hello, I have an account with AMP Futures. Last week I´ve choose EUREX with CQG (pack 5) and it worked perfect. Yesterday I´ve made an "additional user setup (new)" with CBOT. Now, I have EUREX and CBOT contracted (CQG) but CBOT doesn´t work. Only works EUREX. My broker AMP says that it is everything ok for them. What can I do? |

What exactly is happening? Are you getting an error message, and if so what does it state? The best solution would be to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed from us (Sierra Chart). It has data for both the CME Group and EUREX. Yes you should use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data and not CQG data and also it will be a requirement next month to only obtain EUREX data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed.
