Hi, The installer starts installing but stops before finishing. Gives an error message - ERROR SAVING DOWNLOADED FILES TO LOCAL SYSTEM as shown in attached doc. Would appreciate your help thanks - Cathy

We see from your log that you are getting an Access is denied error. Typically this would mean that you are trying to update Sierra Chart while the software is already running. If you are not running the update by having selected from the Help menu within Sierra Chart, then ensure that the software is not running.
