Trade activity log shows no trades

I have updated to the latest released version.

The account in the trade activity log is correct (Sim1), and the log is not disabled. Entry and exit flags appear on the chart, and the trade window is tracking trade results and balance correctly. Clearing the trade log resets the balance on the trade window to 0.00.

Yet, the log itself is blank. It was working two days ago, and I have made no (deliberate) changes to its settings.

My most recent trade, in NQ, was on a 2-point bar opening at 12:59:20; the next bar begins at 13:00:14. Yet, the trade service log shows no activity before 13:06:02.205.

The Data/Trade Services Settings Window is set to SC Data - All Services [data], which is correct.

I believe that covers everything I found in previous threads. Your thoughts? Thanks.

If you have trades that have not been cleared, then they must show up in the Trade Activity Log. The first thing to do is to go through the filters at the top of the Trade Activity Log to ensure that the information is not being filtered out. Refer to the following:
