Hello, It has been over 10 days since i filed for this issue and there was never a response from your team that solved it when it was just the package number which was 10 not 12. This could have saved time from the current package and now i am trying to switch to package 12 for the 27 remaining days and it says i do not have sufficient balance. Please switch to package 12 and approve the remaining days and credits. |

Your current service package is currently on 12. Although we think at most you just need package 11 now.
