Intraday Chart Issue and Denali Feed

Hello - Can you please advise if my account is set up correctly to use the Denali data feed for charting. Based on the recent changes to support for data from Interactive Brokers I started using the Denali feed. My goal is to have reliable data but I did not want to change my trading account from IB so I trade directly on TWS in my IB account but use the Denali data feed for charting with SC. Historical charts (daily, weekly, monthly) have no issue but I'm experiencing missing data on intraday charts using symbol ZW-2021-ECBOT. I've tried unsuccessfully to correct the intraday charts. Is this approach technically sound or is keeping IB as my selected service in the global data/trade setting causing issues with the intraday data charts. Thanks |

What you want to do will work fine. The problem is that you have not completed all of the steps to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed, including activating an exchange. Start at the following and finish the remaining sections of the instructions to complete the setup: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Activate the Exchanges: The CME Group (Denali Exchange Data Feed Setup Instructions) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for quickly solving the problem. I did activate full CME exchange when I enabled the Denali feed and thought it was recurring monthly charge. Not sure what happened on the account end but I believe that it has been corrected.
