I still have not received a response on why i am not receiving market depth data in the chart, It has been over 10 days and no solutions have been presented. I have done all the steps from your tutorials and it has not been fixed. I am paying for a service that is not being provided to me. Your company changed the payment format as well as the subscription, the least you can do is fix it

First, we have responded, in multiple places. Part of the problem is that you are posting into other threads that may seem to be related but may not be. It is best to start a fresh thread rather than adding to another one. Now, the issue you are having is that your account is expired. Therefore, you are not able to get any data into your system. If you have a different account that you use, then you would need to post from that account. Otherwise, you would need to add funds to your account and renew your service.
