I use to pay though AMP.Now I paid you guys and I can't get connected. What do I do?

Your account is in good standing and we do not see any reason why you have a problem on our end. When you say you cannot get connected are you saying that you cannot log into the Sierra Chart software, or that you are not getting data, or are you having an issue when you go to make a trade? In each of these cases, you should be getting some kind of error, let us know what that error is. Also, do the following to get us your Message Log (assuming you can login to the Sierra Chart software): Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
