Hello Sierra Support,
I made a $36 U.S dollar payment to Sierra Charts Sunday, April 12th via my Citibank Mastercharge Debit Card. I used the STRIPE payment mechanism. I am transitioning from paying through Transact to paying Sierra directly. Please confirm that you have received this payment ? Thank you

Yes, we see payments have been made. You can always view your transactions by going to your Account Control Panel (select Help >> Account Control Panel from within the Sierra Chart software) and then selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts.

You can also access this directly by selecting the following link and then logging in using your Sierra Chart Account Name and Password (the same ones you use to login to your Sierra Chart software):
