Hello Sierra Support, I made a $36 U.S dollar payment to Sierra Charts Sunday, April 12th via my Citibank Mastercharge Debit Card. I used the STRIPE payment mechanism. Yes, we see payments have been made. You can always view your transactions by going to your Account Control Panel (select Help >> Account Control Panel from within the Sierra Chart software) and then selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts.
