Price is not updating on my charts. I'm using Denali Feed through SC my broker is with AMP using CQG. Trading Sunday session on ES futures.

yup same issue here. when using Denali with Rithmic, I'm not getting any live data. when setting my service to SC Data - All Services, I'm getting live data but there's missing historical data on some symbols. |

This is ridiculous. Price updates only when I log off and log back on. Someone in support needs to get on this.

i didn't switch from CQG to paying ~$50/month for denali + package to get bamboozled like this. i just wasted more than a hour trying to solve this b/c i thought it was a problem on my end and now i can't even trade smh |

is there is even customer service. perhaps a more reliable service provider makes sense. Customer service completely absent. No alert nothing. Complete ghosting.

dude they don't even display a phone number or address on any part of their website b/c they wanna remain anonymous. all we can do is wait like sitting ducks here until someone from their engineering team catches on. |

yeah price is updating now. DOM is active for me on ES, NQ, small caps . dont know if its real time or delayed.

lol had same problem its working now can you help me with denali feed i suppose to get 1400 levels but only getting 200 mean 100 each side and i suppose to get 700 each side i tried checking all the settings looks right to me but still not working if anyone know how to fix please help i been tryna fix this issue for a week now
