Hi Support, System not receiving " Intra-Day " data. I suspect this is related to Service Package and changes that have been made without my knowledge. Note: Service Package 5 has been changed to " 11 " resulting in the Denali Data feed being cancelled? Q. Is my system receiving " Intra-Day " data at your end? We are not sure what the issue is. Follow the instructions below so we can get the Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
