I have paid for 6 months in advance for package 10 and the exchange fees. On my chart is says delayed. Check my account and let me know what is going on. Thanks.

Everything looks good in terms of your Denali Exchange Data Feed setup on our end. Exit from Sierra Chart and then follow these instructions to force an update of the information from our servers to your local system: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Forced Login If you still have a problem then do the following: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
