Hello! Yesteday I paid for my second month of full usage. All was OK before, but today (no changes at my end) I have no more historical intraday data: my charts with MESM21 have missed data on the time I am not online: I read a red window: download failed....Data for instrument is not allowed Result=103 I am with AMP, using a second CQG datafeed for Sierra only. Am I missing some account change in the meantime? Thanks in advance, GG |

There have not been any account changes on our end. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". As suggested, I submitted an inquiry to AMP. I am indeed considering Denali (I am already paying the CME fees just for this second CQG account), but, if I am not wrong, at the current time, being with AMP, I cannot use Sierra order routing, so I need CQG anyway. Am I correct? |

AMP told me to ask Sierra to fix it, at your end. It seems I am low of options...only, I do not understand why I got CQG historical data just till Sierra renew of subscription. |

You can use the Sierra Chart data (Denali Exchange Data Feed and/or Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed) with CQG, or any other trading service that Sierra Chart supports.
