I trade using Rithmic Datafeed and paying an exchange fee for CME market depth why do I have to pay the exchange fee again For the Denali Datafeed?

You can cancel the CME exchange fee through Rithmic. You will not need that.

That's what Rithmic says that I can cancel my CME exchange fees with Sierra. What documentation will you take to be satisfied I’m paying the exchange fee. The broker has a flat rate that is inclusive of the CME exchange fee. I WOULD LOVE TO use Denali to trade but the brokers I pretty much have to use don't have a Denali connection. I also paying $25 per month additionally to access CBOE $VIX data. So it gets pretty expensive. Is there any way I can use the Bar Chart data instead of Denali for historical data when using Rithmic?
