I have contacted accounting without a response. - so I contacted you. On April 1 I paid 36.00 for 1 month with Sierra Chart (from Infinity). with the understanding that this payment was good until May1 2021. I received the following message stating that my account is only valid thru 4/17/21. Notice: Your Services Balance of 0.00 USD is too low to renew the Services activated on your account when they expire. You need a balance of at least 26 USD. You can view the Recurring Services. To activate and deactivate services on your account, go to the Services Activation page. (Current Usage Time Ending Date: 2021-04-17). You will need to make a payment of 26 USD. Please respond |
