I just noticed for the 1st time today when loading up my charts, the following message: "Download Failed. Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.YMM21. Data for instrument F.US.YM (corresponding to ID 1) is not allowed." I also see this message on other markets as well (CL etc.). Any idea what is going on? Have not seen this message before at all. You need to tell your broker about this, as it means that you are not authorized for the data from CQG. Ok. It is interesting that I have not had this issue at all and have been using Sierra Charts for months. When I started to notice this issue yesterday (April 8th), it happened to be the day that I had to renew my Sierra Charts monthly subscription. Would this issue have anything to do with that on your end? FYI - I have reached out to my broker but thought I would ask you the question above. Thanks |
