When I "OPEN MARKET DEPTH WINDOW" how can I change "TOTAL" in brackets of Bid Price and Ask Price ?

You can not change that. That is the total number of levels being shown. If you want to limit the number of levels that are coming into the system, then refer to the following: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxDepthLevels Note the information in the above about limiting on a Per Symbol basis and also limiting the number of levels displayed.
